The guided meditation is 1 hour mediation session that will provide you guidance and structure to lead you into the meditation that works for you. We will discuss briefly what you would like to manifest, heal, or focus on and I will guide you into the mediation.

This is a one on one service where you will get the opportunity to open up about the issues you are having or goals you want to focus on.

This service will allow you to tap into your chakras, feel more aligned and confidant to move forward with making the right decisions. The guided mediation will also provide you with basic practices you can utilize in the future on your own. More times than often multiple session are needed.

This service is a virtual healing session taking place via video chat.
