Packages will provide you with the opportunity to have one on one sessions involving talk therapy, pranic energy healing, holistic health coach services, and practices for the week or 'homework' to take your healing into your daily routines and eventually make it a lifestyle. With a package you will have first dibs on spiritual retreats hosted by Riholistic and discounts if applicable. This package also allows access to schdule a call session between calls as well as text message access 24/7 for questions and advice.
Three Recipes
-Herbal and/or food recipes specifically designed for you on your wellness journey. This may include guided meditation, readings, and mantras depending on your healing journey including health food and herbal remedies.

- The Tarot is made for guidance, it is known as spiritual messages from the ancestors that will lead you in the right direction. Adding tarot to your health goals is a perfect balance to your over all journey and provides confrimation on your path.

Chakra Alignment & Wellness Course
This is a client favorite starter course for your spiritual journey and has been proven to work as a kick start to self discovery and your path to aligning your higher self with the abundant source energy of the universe.
- This is a 8 week program, you will learn what it means to use your chakras and understand how to feel your way through them. We will dive into each chakra and learn what they are, what balances them, what triggers the imbalance and what health and lifestyle changes you can add to your daily routines to keep your mind, body and spirit balanced. You are going to be provided with materials during each lesson that will guide you through the course. After each session you will get a practice guide that will help you take your lessons into your daily routines.
At the ending of this course you will receive a certification for completion. You will also have access via email to me for any follow up questions as an advisor and coach for the following two weeks.
